Wow I just looked at my last post on my journal and it was May 14 2006. I think its time for one.

Firstly, Happy New Year to everyone on DA.

I was caught between a rock and a hard place last year with work and this year, although seems to be coming along a little better, has the potential to be another 2006 (not a good thing).

I'm hoping to get some time to myself this year to do all the things I want to do. Namely some photography and imaging.

On a plus side, work has been kind enough to buy me some more toys.. this time it was a 17inch MacBook Pro!!!!
with my very own copy of Final Cut Studio... I recommend Final Cut studio to anyone who likes to sit and watch an installation go for over 2 and a half hours!!! its a 36GB beast of an application. But Im loving it at the moment.

Ive used mac before but haven't used one of these babies. It has lots of little stylish and useful features that are ummm useful and stylish lol.

The Irony of it it all is that Work has bought me every single tool I have wanted and needed and since having it all I have not done anything remotely enjoyable (for myself). I appears that the more they buy you the more work you have to do.

Anyway I've got a few images I was in the middle of before my disappearance so hopefully I'll have something to post soon!
